What is KnowNow?
KnowNow is a web-based quiz platform for the moment when you want to know whether something actually got through. You write the questions, KnowNow handles the rest: hosting, timing, scoring, the podium and the history.
There are two ways to play. A live game is hosted from one screen: players join with a PIN, you advance the questions, and the standings update in real time. A solo run lets anyone open a published quiz later and play it at their own pace. Both feed the same leaderboard, so a quiz keeps earning after the event is over.

How it works
Build the quiz
Add questions, set answer options, points and a time limit. Pick a category so your quiz gets the right cover art, then publish it as public or keep it private.
Share a code
Start a live session and the host screen shows a six-digit PIN and a QR code. Players enter it on knownow.quest and land straight in the lobby.
Play and review
You control the pace question by question. Scores are awarded on correctness and speed, the podium updates live, and everyone can review the answers afterwards.

- Yes. Creating quizzes, hosting live games and playing are free.
- Do players need an account?
- No. Anyone with the six-digit game PIN can join and play. An account is only needed to create quizzes and to keep your scores and history.
- How many people can join one game?
- A quiz can set its own participant limit, or leave it unlimited. Everyone plays from their own browser, so there is nothing to install.
- Can a quiz be played without a live host?
- Yes. Every public quiz can be solved solo at any time, at the player's own pace, and it still counts toward the leaderboard.
